JUNIUS
Founding Memorandum

A Letter From Our Founder

After close to fifteen years in the music industry, I have witnessed a difficult reality: many of the artists who shaped culture in America and across the globe have not received the financial inclusion, transparency, and protection they deserve.

From touring internationally as a member of the electronic duo Voices of Black, to seven years as an artist manager negotiating deals with companies like Microsoft, Adidas, 4AD, Kobalt, and Def Jam, to several years working in Artist Relations inside DistroKid's royalty department, I have seen how easily the business behind the music can become lost.

Catalogs become fragmented. Credits are incomplete. Royalties go unclaimed. Families and estates are often left without a clear understanding of the value of what was created.

That is why I founded JUNIUS.

JUNIUS is a royalty recovery and artist legacy company dedicated to helping independent artists and creators of color uncover missing income, organize their business affairs, and protect the value of their life's work.

Our first initiative is the JUNIUS Founding Legacy Circle, a select group of ten pioneering artists who will receive a complimentary Legacy Assessment. These founding artists will help shape a new standard of transparency, education, and empowerment in the music industry.

JUNIUS is not simply about finding missing royalties.

It is about restoring ownership.

Preserving legacy.

And ensuring the people who created the culture share in the wealth it continues to generate.

We recover what was always yours.
